Exchanging an online purchase at our store is straightforward: you'll need to initiate a return for the original item and then place a new order for the product you want instead. Due to security reasons, we're unable to make changes to your order once it has been submitted. This includes modifications to the products, payment method, shipping address, and shipping method. Processing begins immediately after your order is placed to ensure prompt delivery. However, if you need to cancel your order, you can contact us at support@kenvesta.com within 24 hours of placing it. Our team is here to assist you with any concerns or changes you require.

You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return or exchange with us. To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it - unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.

 Remember, you'll need your receipt or proof of purchase for the return process.

Please note all returns incur a $12.00 handling fee per order. You have the option to use your shipping label for returns. 

However, items returned must first request a return to be accepted.

Steps to Initiate Your Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email support@kenvesta.com or use our customer service chat to let us know you'd like to return or exchange an item.
  2. Receive Instructions: We'll give you the return address and explain how to send your item back.
  3. Ship Your Item: To return your item, use a tracked shipping method. This ensures your return arrives safely and allows you to monitor its progress.
  4. Please provide Proof of Postage: Send us the shipping receipt and tracking number as evidence of your return.
  5. Process Your Return: Once your return reaches us, we'll process your refund or exchange promptly according to your request.

Once your return reaches us and undergoes inspection, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If it is approved, expect the refund to be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card issuer may need additional time to process the refund and post it to your account. If you have yet to see the refund 15 business days after approval, please reach out to us at support@kenvesta.com for assistance.

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we're here to help resolve the issue swiftly. Please report the problem to us at support@kenvesta.com within 15 days of receiving your shipment. We will provide you with specific instructions on how to return the item to us.

Our priority is to replace defective, damaged, or incorrect items whenever possible. If a replacement isn't feasible, we will refund you the full purchase price, including any shipping and handling fees. Your satisfaction is our top concern, and we are committed to ensuring you have a positive experience with us.

For each prepaid return shipping label that you use, there will be a $12.00 charge deducted from your refund. This fee helps cover the costs associated with return shipping and ensures that we can continue to offer a convenient return process for all our customers.

To keep track of your order's current status, you'll receive a confirmation email immediately after checkout. This email will include your order number, a summary of your purchase, and estimated processing and delivery times for each item. If you have yet to receive an order notification email, we recommend checking your spam folder first. If it's not there, please get in touch with us directly at support@kenvesta.com, and we'll make sure you have all the information you need regarding your order.

To track the progress of your order, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. Additionally, you have a couple of other convenient options to monitor your order:

If You Have an Online Account:

  • Select "Track My Orders" or "Order History" to view a list of your current and past orders.

If You Checked Out as a Guest:

Please note that tracking information will be available 24–48 hours after your shipment confirmation email is received. If you encounter any issues or if your order does not appear, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service for further assistance.

Sales tax for your purchase is calculated during the checkout process in alignment with current local, state, and federal legislation. For orders being shipped internationally, the calculation also encompasses any applicable duties, taxes, and VAT, as determined by the customs authority of the destination country. The total delivery time for your order is composed of two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time.

  • Processing Time: This takes about 3-7 business days. During this period, we prepare, package, and ready your items for shipment.
  • Standard Shipping Time: Once an order is processed, standard shipping takes approximately 5-8 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping Time: For faster delivery, our expedited shipping option ensures your order arrives within 3-6 business days.

Shipping costs for your order can vary depending on the weight of the products and the destination to which they are being shipped. We also offer free shipping on select items, a detail you can easily verify on each product's page. Generally, this free shipping option is available to customers in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
